Workplace Support

I offer bespoke psychological support to organisations experiencing pressure, change, or distress. This work is tailored to context and may include preventative wellbeing and resilience-focused input, counselling for individuals, critical incident response, and reflective or advisory work with leaders and teams.

Support is thoughtful and tailored to the context. In some settings this involves short-term or one-off input following a challenging event. In others, it may involve time-limited or ongoing support embedded within the organisation.

Some individuals, particularly those in senior or visible roles, prefer counselling that sits clearly outside their organisation. External support can offer privacy and space to think freely, without concern about internal dynamics or responsibilities.

Sessions can take place face to face on site or online via a secure platform, depending on what is most appropriate for the work required.

Fees are agreed on a bespoke basis to reflect the scope, setting, and intensity of support. An initial conversation allows us to clarify needs, boundaries, and expectations before any work begins.
