Single session counselling
Single-session counselling is a one-off, 90-minute appointment focused on a specific issue, decision, or situation you would like to think through. It can be helpful if you are feeling stuck, facing something time-sensitive, or want space to reflect without committing to ongoing sessions.
The session offers a deliberate pause. We slow things down, make sense of what is happening for you, and explore possible ways forward. Some people use it to clarify a decision or understand a pattern. Others value having a contained space to speak openly and be heard with care.
The aim is not to resolve everything in one meeting, but to offer depth and clarity within a clear boundary. For some people, a single session is enough. For others, it becomes a starting point that highlights whether further counselling would be helpful.
A single-session appointment does not commit you to ongoing work. If you decide to continue, we can agree next steps. If not, the session stands on its own as a complete and focused piece of work.
