

Counselling Sessions
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and take place online in a confidential setting. Sessions are held weekly at an agreed time, offering consistency and momentum in the work.
Each session is your space. You do not need to prepare or arrive with a clear agenda. Some people come with a specific concern; others feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. We work at your pace and return to what matters most to you.
Online counselling allows you to attend from a place that feels private and comfortable. You will need a quiet space and a reliable internet connection so that you can speak freely.
Some people find that a focused period of around six to eight sessions is enough to work through a particular issue. Others choose to continue for longer where deeper or more complex work is helpful. We will review together what feels most supportive.
You remain in control of whether you continue. My role is to offer a steady, thoughtful space where you can make sense of your experiences and decide what feels right for you.
