Support with..

People come to counselling for many different reasons. Sometimes there is a clear event or turning point. Sometimes it is harder to name, perhaps a gradual sense that things have become more difficult to carry, or that something has quietly shifted.
Often the things that bring us here overlap and connect in ways we don't fully understand at the start. That's alright. You don't need to arrive with a neat explanation. We can find that together.
Below are some of the areas I most commonly work with, but if your experience doesn't fit neatly into any of them, please don't let that put you off getting in touch.

Feeling stressed and  anxious

You may feel constantly on edge, unable to switch off, or caught in a cycle of overthinking. Even when life looks manageable from the outside,  it can be hard to feel calm, settled or fully at ease.

Feeling overwhelmed, lost or stuck

You may feel things have built up over time, leaving you drained, unsettled, or unsure how to move forward, especially if you’re used to carrying responsibility or supporting others.

Life changes

You might feel things have gradually built up to a point where it’s hard to see a way through, or as though you’ve lost sight of what you want or who you are.

Grief, loss or serious illness

You might be navigating the loss of someone important, or facing the impact of serious illness, your own or someone close to you. Perhaps you are finding it harder to carry than you expected.

Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part. You don't need to have everything worked out or know exactly what to say. A short message is enough to begin.
